About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Site Engineer - Joinery

to manage and oversee joinery works on-site, ensuring all tasks are executed to high standards, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out and a deep understanding of carpentry and joinery works in commercial or residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities related to joinery and fit-out works. Review technical drawings and ensure accurate interpretation on-site. Monitor workmanship and quality control throughout all stages of the joinery installation. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other disciplines to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on-site. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation. Identify and solve any issues or discrepancies during the execution of works. Liaise with the project manager and design team for any technical clarifications.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in site supervision with a focus on joinery/fit-out works. Strong knowledge of joinery installation techniques and materials. Familiarity with AutoCAD and other construction management tools is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. UAE driving license
