Job Title: Site Engineer/Architect for Interior Renovation Projects
Educational Requirements
Relevant Degree or Certification: A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Technical & Professional Experience
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior works (villa and apartment renovation), and interior fit-out, as Site Engineer or Supervisor roles.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, materials, and interior fit-out standards.
Quality Standards: Knowledge of relevant execution quality standards.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to identify issues and ensure quality work at site.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report to client and Management.
