Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects by analyzing project plans,
specifications, and materials.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for fit-out projects, tracking expenses and
ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Cost Tracking: Regularly monitor project costs, track variances, and provide early identification of
potential cost overruns.
Forecasting: Provide accurate financial forecasts and reports to assist in decision-making and project
planning.
Vendor and Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and
terms, minimizing project costs without compromising quality.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for cost optimization in fit-out
projects.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and organized project cost documentation, including
invoices, receipts, and contractual agreements.
Communication: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure
cost control measures are effectively communicated and implemented.
Cost Reduction Strategies: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, process improvements,
and efficiencies in fit-out projects.
Compliance: Ensure all cost control activities are in compliance with company policies and industry
standards.
Reporting to by project and over all cost.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field in Engineering.
• 5 years of proven experience in cost control in fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in project cost estimation and budget management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Proficient in using cost control software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
