Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects by analyzing project plans, specifications, and materials. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for fit-out projects, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Cost Tracking: Regularly monitor project costs, track variances, and provide early identification of potential cost overruns. Forecasting: Provide accurate financial forecasts and reports to assist in decision-making and project planning. Vendor and Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms, minimizing project costs without compromising quality. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for cost optimization in fit-out projects. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and organized project cost documentation, including invoices, receipts, and contractual agreements. Communication: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cost control measures are effectively communicated and implemented. Cost Reduction Strategies: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and efficiencies in fit-out projects. Compliance: Ensure all cost control activities are in compliance with company policies and industry standards. Reporting to by project and over all cost. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field in Engineering.
5 years of proven experience in cost control in fit-out industry.
Proficiency in project cost estimation and budget management.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Proficient in using cost control software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
