Specialist, you will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that fit-out projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Responsibili es: Cost Es ma on: Prepare accurate cost es mates for fit-out projects by analyzing project plans, specifica ons, and materials. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for fit-out projects, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Cost Tracking: Regularly monitor project costs, track variances, and provide early iden fica on of poten al cost overruns. Forecas ng: Provide accurate financial forecasts and reports to assist in decision-making and project planning. Vendor and Supplier Nego a on: Nego ate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms, minimizing project costs without compromising quality. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to iden fy trends and areas for cost op miza on in fit-out projects. Documenta on: Maintain comprehensive and organized project cost documenta on, including invoices, receipts, and contractual agreements. Communica on: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cost control measures are effec vely communicated and implemented. Cost Reduc on Strategies: Iden fy and implement cost-saving opportuni es, process improvements, and efficiencies in fit-out projects. Compliance: Ensure all cost control ac vi es are in compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifica ons:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accoun ng, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in cost control, preferably in the fit-out or contrac ng industry.
• Proficiency in project cost es ma on and budget management.
• Strong analy cal and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent nego a on and vendor management abili es.
• Proficient in using cost control so ware and tools.
• Strong communica on and interpersonal skills.
• A en on to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regula ons.
