Job Description
About the Company:
- One of the region's top interior fit out contractors with a history of delivering complex, large-scale projects around the world, where they foster a culture focused on quality, speed and precision.
- Manage contracts from pre-award to close-out
- Negotiate terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and project requirements
- Handle variations, claims, and contractual disputes
- Liaise with project and commercial teams for smooth delivery
- Monitor contract performance and report on risks
- MUST HAVE UAE-based experience
- Proven track record on large-scale fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and local contract law
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
