As Commercial Director, you will:

The Opportunity:
As Commercial Director, you will:
- Lead and manage the commercial department across multiple high-profile projects
- Define commercial benchmarks and strategies to achieve financial targets
- Approve key project documents including budgets, claims, payments, and final accounts
- Mitigate risk and ensure commercial compliance across all stages of delivery
- Guide and support a team of senior commercial professionals
- 15+ years UAE-based experience in senior commercial roles within fit-out and/or construction.
- Strong experience in large-scale and highly complex fit out and/or construction projects.
- Strong expertise in contracts, cost control, claims, procurement, and dispute resolution.
- Bachelors in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Commercial Management (Masters preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
