UAE Civil Defense
and
NFPA standards
.
Immediate joiners with a valid UAE Civil Defense Technician Card are preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and Maintenance
Install, inspect, test, and maintain various
fire safety systems
, including
fire alarms, fire fighting systems, extinguishers, sprinklers, and emergency lighting
.
Ensure all installations comply with
UAE Civil Defense
regulations,
NFPA
, and other relevant fire safety standards.
Install and assemble
fire fighting pipelines
using
GI, MS, and CPVC pipes
, and perform
fabrication, threading, grooving, and welding
as required.
Conduct
pressure testing, flushing, and leak checks
to ensure proper system functionality.
Troubleshooting and Repairs
Diagnose and troubleshoot
electrical and mechanical faults
in fire safety equipment and systems.
Carry out
corrective maintenance, repairs, and component replacements
to ensure systems remain fully operational.
Assist in
commissioning and final testing
of new installations as per project specifications.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
in
Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems
within the UAE.
Must hold a
valid UAE Civil Defense Technician Card
.
ITI / Diploma
in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge of
fire alarm panels (addressable & conventional)
,
fire pumps
, and
suppression systems
.
Ability to read and interpret
technical drawings and schematics
.
