Job title : Fircosoft Technical SME

Location: Dubai - UAE

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable based on business requirements)

We are seeking an experienced Fircosoft Technical SME to join our client's team onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, maintenance, and support of Fircosoft applications (FIRCO Continuity, FIRCO TRUST, and FIRCO FSK), while ensuring smooth operations and compliance with banking standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Configure and support FIRCO Continuity, FIRCO TRUST & FIRCO FSK.

-Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and interface/report changes.

-Provide production support, testing, and rollout of new features.

-Assist business users with clarifications, reports, and compliance tasks.

-Manage user roles, apply hotfixes, and perform regular system health checks.

-Troubleshoot technical issues (OS, DB, Infra) and ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

-Strong experience with Fircosoft applications (Continuity, TRUST, FSK)

-Knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows OS, Oracle DB scripting, Infra security

-Hands-on with HADR, filters, data patches & change management

-Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

-Banking/Financial services background preferred.
