Our client is a well-established international FX broker and online trading platform and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a manager with extensive experience in FOREX payments optimization in the FinTech sector to join their UAE team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the project management of third-party onboarding and technical integration from discovery through to pilot launch and go-live to deliver a seamless integration.

The role will be accountable for leading the development of a unified commerce platform \xe2\x80\x93 product builds to meet the needs of global merchants who are complex yet sophisticated and continuously improve and expand our product offerings.

It is mandatory to have related experience in FX trading, CFDs, FOREX, FinTech, payments, financial services, digital wallets, digital loyalty programs, retail banking sectors.

Role Summary

• Develop customer-facing payment optimization strategies to meet the needs of global complex merchants.

• Develop comprehensive dashboards to gain insights into processing efficiency such as processing costs (interchange and scheme fees), response times and authorization rates to optimize merchant performance.

• Provide ongoing guidance to merchants based on data to optimize their technical payment infrastructure, interfaces to core processing platforms and payment gateways and payment management operations.

• Collaborate with the integration team to design and implement processing flows for new solutions and continually optimize existing process flows.

• Collaborate with CX and operations team to optimize the customer experience aspects of payments.

• Prepare and analyze payments reports \xe2\x80\x93 transaction success, flow volumes and trends and cost of solutions.

• Establish and maintain a framework for risk assessments and suspicious activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in payment fees optimization, processing workflow automations and payment CSAT.

• Deep understanding of how payment acquiring and settlement systems work.

• Deep understanding of database design and development in SQL, web application stacks, hosting platforms and deployment environments commonly used in the payments domain is mandatory.

• Strong analytical capabilities and technical background in FX payment processing systems and solutions.

• Demonstrable experience in leading data-driven discussions on optimization strategies across all transaction flows of payment processing.

• Strong business, commercial and financial acumen.

• UAE driving license is mandatory.
