Job Description

We are seeking an experienced supervisor Foreman with a strong background in interior fit-out for Construction projects. The Candidate must have work experience from interior fit out company. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all site activities related to interior finishes, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of works .Ensure that the materials used in the fit-out, such as flooring, wall coverings, paint, woodwork, and furniture, meet the project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all finishing and interior fit-out works including:
Gypsum partitions and ceilings
Painting and wall finishes
Joinery and carpentry installations
Floor and wall tiling
MEP final fix coordination
Doors, ironmongery, and architectural finishes
Ensure work is completed to specification, quality standards, and project timelines.
Manage subcontractors and laborers, ensuring productivity and compliance with project plans.
Monitor daily site activities, progress, and resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.
Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved shop drawings and method statements.
Liaise closely with the site engineer, project manager, and QA/QC teams.
Conduct inspections and snagging, follow up on rectifications until handover.
Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
Keep accurate records of site progress, material usage, and labor productivity.
Assist in material planning and ordering as per project schedule.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE interior fit-out industry.

Strong technical knowledge of interior finishing materials, standards, and installation techniques,
Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of local UAE regulations and safety practices.
Diploma , Civil, Architecture, or related discipline preferred.
