to join our supervision and quality control team for ongoing high-rise construction projects in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inspecting, snagging, and de-snagging of finishing works, with a strong focus on quality, workmanship, and compliance with design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out
inspection and supervision
of finishing works including:
Snagging and de-snagging
Tiling, painting, plastering, drywall, and joinery
Verify that all finishes comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Prepare and maintain
inspection reports
, snag lists, and progress tracking records.
Identify defects or quality issues and ensure proper corrective actions are implemented.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project engineers to close snag items efficiently.
Support QA/QC documentation and participate in site meetings related to finishing activities.
Monitor workmanship standards and provide feedback to ensure high-quality completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Diploma
in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of total experience
in finishing inspection roles within the
construction industry
.
3-5 years of UAE experience
in
high-rise building projects
(mandatory).
Experience working with
consultancy or supervision firms
preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
Familiar with finishing materials, tolerances, and inspection checklists.
