to join our consultancy team for villa projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural finishing works, quality inspections, and site supervision, with proven experience in consultancy firms within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, monitor, and ensure that all finishing works (interior and exterior) are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Review and verify materials, workmanship, and finishing details in compliance with project requirements and client expectations.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve finishing-related issues and ensure timely completion.
Prepare and submit daily inspection reports, snag lists, and follow-up on rectifications.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
Assist the project team in handing over villa projects by ensuring quality and completion of all finishing works.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum
7 years of total experience in the UAE
, with at least
5 years in consultancy supervision of villa projects
.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality standards.
Familiarity with UAE construction codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Eye for detail and strong quality control mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.
Experience in high-end villa finishing projects.
