VX Studio Consultancy is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented
Architectural / Finishing Inspector
to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of architectural and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect architectural and finishing works on-site to ensure alignment with design specifications and quality benchmarks Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to approved materials and methods Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Identify and report any non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and the project team Prepare and submit daily/weekly inspection and progress reports Ensure full compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
in architectural/finishing inspection, with a strong background inhigh-rise projects
Previous experience working with a consultancy is preferred Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, detailing, and quality control procedures Strong communication and reporting skills Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
