Finishing Inspector
with a strong consultancy background and hands-on experience in
high-rise projects
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor all architectural and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and project specifications.
Conduct daily site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship across all finishing activities (flooring, ceiling, painting, cladding, joinery, etc.).
Review and verify material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements for finishing works.
Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions with contractors and subcontractors.
Coordinate closely with other disciplines and consultants to ensure smooth site execution.
Maintain inspection records and prepare daily and weekly reports.
Attend site and coordination meetings when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum
7+ years of experience
, with at least
3 years in a consultancy role
.
Proven experience in
high-rise residential or commercial projects
.
Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
UAE experience preferred.
