Finishing Inspector
with a strong consultancy background to join our supervision team.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, monitor, and supervise finishing works on high-rise building projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure proper execution of all finishing works (interior and exterior).
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
Verify quality of materials and workmanship to meet project requirements and industry best practices.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed on site.
Support the project team in resolving technical issues related to finishing activities.
Participate in inspections with clients and authorities when required.
Requirements:
Minimum
8+ years of experience
in finishing supervision, with at least
5 years in consultancy firms
.
Proven track record in
high-rise projects
(residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
