Supervise and inspect all finishing works on-site including tiling, painting, gypsum, joinery, ceilings, and other architectural finishes.
Ensure all finishing activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, materials, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct daily inspections and quality checks on finishing works across multiple high-rise buildings.
Coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure timely and proper execution of work.
Report non-conformities and ensure proper rectification is completed.
Prepare and maintain inspection records and site reports.
Attend site meetings and interface with the project team, contractors, and clients as needed.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum
7+ years
of experience in finishing supervision, with
at least 3 years in high-rise building projects.
Experience working with a consultancy is
mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with excellent knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and standards.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Familiarity with quality control systems and documentation.
