will oversee all joinery and installation operations, ensuring team efficiency, craftsmanship quality, and job site safety. This role requires strong leadership, technical joinery expertise, and the ability to manage high-end fit-out projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site carpenters and laborers.
Lead the installation of custom millwork, cabinetry, doors, trim, and other joinery components.
Interpret technical shop drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site.
Inspect finished installations for accuracy and quality.
Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a foreman or lead role (joinery experience required).
Deep understanding of joinery techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
