Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Assign tasks to skilled and unskilled workers, ensuring proper use of materials, tools, and machinery.
Monitor progress and productivity, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective measures.
Ensure safety procedures and site regulations are strictly followed by all personnel.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure efficient project flow.
Verify the quality of materials delivered and used at site.
Conduct site inspections and prepare daily reports on manpower, materials, and work progress.
Ensure proper housekeeping, material storage, and waste management at the construction site.
Support the Site Engineer in setting out works, leveling, and marking foundations.
Assist in resolving technical and operational issues at site promptly.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, material usage, and work completed.
