Key Responsibilities:

Perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to determine what the client needs to change and how to get there; diagnose the issue and plan the transformation.

Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that lead to strategic insights.

Lead value analysis to generate business insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and Accenture.

Staff project teams and responsible for employee schedules.

Provide feedback and coaching to others in compliance with the Performance

Achievement Process to support career development and address performance concerns as necessary.

Demonstrate skill in people management, leading, motivating, and inspiring people.

Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant strategy topic.

Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions.

Qualifications

What skills & experience are we looking for?

Experience in:

Business Strategy Development and Operating Model Design

Business Case Development

Experience in advising Banking and Capital Markets entities

3+ years in Strategy consulting with retail banking engagements, incorporating IT transformation strategy.

Must have an undergraduate degree plus MBA preferred
