The Role
Job Summary and Responsibilities: Budgeting: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to direct, develop and manages the Budget & Financial Reporting function. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with all the department Managers, to developing medium and long-term financial plans of each particular Department in line with the Organization vision, mission and strategic goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Controlling budget by forecast and tracks financials results throughout the year. \xe2\x80\xa2 Periodic analysis of budget with actual performance and report positive and negative variances. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good presentation skills and ability to explain to management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the organization\xe2\x80\x99s budget adheres to legal regulations. Job Summary and Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: \xe2\x80\xa2 Closely working and coordinating with Accounts Manager for monthly closing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing monthly management reports i.e Income statements, Statement of financial position and cash flow and compare with overall budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cash flow monitoring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing Organization Financial Statements forecasting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with external auditors entity for releasing the annual audit financial statements

Requirements
Requirements and skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in Financial Reporting and Budget analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of updated IFRS as well as IPSAS . \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of budgeting and regulatory requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent mathematical ability and an analytical mind \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Ms. Office and databases, specially excel and PowerPoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to details. \xe2\x80\xa2 BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CPA is preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least three to five Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the same role.
