Job Description

General Objective of the Role:

The CFO is primarily responsible for managing the company's financial operations. This includes financial planning, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial data analysis. The CFO also participates in making strategic decisions related to investments and financing, working to minimize financial risks and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. The role involves leading and guiding the company's financial strategy to ensure financial sustainability, achieve strategic goals, and ensure legal and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Financial Planning:

o Develop and implement both long- and short-term financial plans.

o Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

o Analyze financial trends and propose strategies for improvement.

Financial Operations Management:

o Oversee accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, auditing, treasury, and taxes.

o Ensure accuracy and transparency in the financial data presented to senior management.

Risk Management:

o Develop financial risk management policies.

o Monitor potential risks and prepare appropriate responses.

4.

Financial Control and Compliance:

o Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

o Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

o Monitor adherence to financial and accounting policies.

5.

Finance and Investment:

o Manage relationships with banks and investors.

o Oversee financing, working capital, and resource allocation.

o Recommend feasible investment opportunities.

Perform any other duties related to the role as required by business needs.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:
