Financial Analyst / Management Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and versatile Financial Analyst / Management Accountant to join our finance team. This hybrid role is ideal for a finance professional who can manage both analytical tasks and day-to-day accounting operations. You'll be contributing to strategic financial planning while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts and financial statements.
Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
Conduct cost and profitability analysis.
Support decision-making through insightful financial reports and modeling.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and performance tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
