We are looking for an exceptional individual to serve in a full-time role as

Business Head - O&M

. Business head will be responsible & accountable for top-line and bottom-line growth. The individual will expand business development opportunities by scanning, conducting due diligence, completing feasibility studies, and exploring solutions for mid and large clients across multiple sectors. The role will also be to ensure existing client relationships are nurtured and matured to drive revenue growth from these accounts. These will be managed by planning & executing a tight operations discipline that creates value to customers as well as company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company objectives

Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs

Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operational areas

Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

Define and monitor key performance indicators to track operational success

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide initiatives

Enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient operational delivery

Showcase strong strategic, commercial, and people management competencies. Bring strong knowledge, experience, and contacts in the sector.

Build on existing & create new client relationships with the intent to identify potential business opportunities to increase revenues.

Plan & execute all legal and statutory requirements across all functions, including techno-commercial aspects of contracts.

Nurture, develop & grow future leaders from within the organization.

Job Specification:

Project cum operations experience with focus on safety & productivity

Sound knowledge of "O&M" contracts, including techno-commercial legal aspects of such contracts

Strategic planning & action-oriented approach to business development for the growth of the business across geographies.

Resourceful in building high-performance teams, developing the next generation of leaders within the company

Long, wide & deep network of people, decision makers, influencers, and others that helps in establishing long-lasting business relationships.

Sound financial acumen to manage P&L as per company standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, master's in chemical engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)

12+ years of progressive experience in operations and management, including at least 10 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of operational strategy, process optimization, and team leadership

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Proficiency with ERP systems, project management tools, and data analysis platforms

Must be willing to travel across client locations, both existing & future clients
