Job Title: Financial Document Controller - Real Estate



Role Overview



The Financial Document Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of financial documents across real estate operations. This includes contracts, invoices, budgets, audit files, and regulatory records.

Key Responsibilities



Document Management

: Organize, store, and retrieve financial documents including contracts, payment records, and audit files.

Compliance Oversight

: Ensure all financial documentation complies with internal policies and external regulations.

Coordination with Finance Team

: Work closely with accountants, controllers, and auditors to support financial reporting and audits.

Version Control

: Maintain up-to-date versions of financial documents and track changes.

Digital Archiving

: Implement and manage electronic document management systems (EDMS).

Reporting Support

: Assist in preparing financial reports by providing timely access to required documentation.

Qualifications



Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

: 2-4 years in document control or financial administration, preferably in real estate or construction.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems.

Attention to Detail

: High level of accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.

Communication

: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
