Previous experience as a Document Controller (real estate industry experience preferred).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all company documents and records (soft and hard copies).
Ensure proper filing, updating, and archiving of project and company documentation.
Control the distribution of documents to relevant departments and stakeholders.
Support project teams in documentation flow and compliance with company standards.
Assist in administrative tasks and office coordination when required.
