Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

from top UAE banks Generate leads via

cold calling, outdoor sales, referrals, and digital outreach

Match loan products to customer needs and provide complete

financial consultation

Build long-term client relationships and encourage

repeat business

Meet and exceed

monthly loan sales targets

and KPIs Stay updated on

UAE Central Bank compliance and financial product updates

Job Requirements:

Minimum

1 year experience

in

personal loan sales

,

retail banking

, or

financial product sales

(UAE or home country) Excellent

verbal communication

,

sales negotiation

, and

customer handling

skills Highly

goal-oriented

and driven to earn commissions Must be

currently residing in the UAE
