Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial PR and media communication materials including announcements, press releases, speeches, and briefing documents
• Monitor financial market news, trends, and developments to assess potential business impact
• Prepare guidelines, policies, and templates for financial communication and disclosure
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved in financial reporting and investor relations
• Coordinate with business units to ensure timely and accurate disclosure of financial data in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support investor relations activities such as conferences, briefings, and roadshows
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate activities within the assigned functional area
• Train and develop staff to build communication and financial content capabilities
• Provide inputs for functional budgeting and assist with cost control and variance analysis
• Implement policies, systems, and procedures aligned with company and international standards
• Support functional performance targets under the company-wide performance framework
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with HSE, sustainability, and ADNOC Code of Practices
• Contribute inputs for MIS reports and progress updates to management

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• 8 years of experience in marketing or communications within a large organization, ideally in oil and gas
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment practices, and financial reporting
• Excellent writing, editing, and narrative development skills
• Knowledge of UAE regulations, ADX disclosure rules, and local media practices
• Detail-oriented with strong planning, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Experience in financial analysis, investor relations communication, and compliance-driven messaging
