Role Summary
The Financial Communications Specialist supports ADNOC Drilling's financial communication strategy by preparing earnings-related materials, performance narratives, and investor-facing content. The role works closely with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent financial messaging across media, investors, and public channels.
What You'll Do

• Support preparation of earnings announcements, market updates, and financial performance communications
• Ensure clarity and accuracy of financial terminology, data, and business narratives
• Coordinate financial messaging with Finance, Strategy, and Investor Relations stakeholders
• Contribute to press releases, media statements, Q&A briefs, and executive talking points
• Coordinate approval workflows with ADNOC Group Communications to ensure governance compliance
• Assist in handling financial media inquiries in collaboration with Corporate Communications
• Monitor financial media trends, competitor disclosures, and sector best practices
• Track analyst commentary and market sentiment related to ADNOC Drilling
• Draft written content for annual reports, performance summaries, fact sheets, and presentations
• Support digital and external communication channels with consistent financial messaging
• Ensure all outputs comply with regulatory disclosure requirements and confidentiality controls
• Support investor events, earnings calls, conferences, and financial briefings as required

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial communications, corporate communications, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic
• Solid understanding of financial reporting cycles and disclosure requirements
• High attention to detail with strong writing and content development skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders during reporting periods
• Computer literacy with experience using standard office and presentation tools
