Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented

Financial & Business Associate

to join our dynamic investment team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end investment process, including

financial modeling, due diligence, business planning, feasibility studies, and preparing investment pitch decks

. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate finance, strategic planning, market research, and investment evaluation to assist in making data-driven investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis & Due Diligence

Conduct detailed

financial and business analysis

of potential investment opportunities across sectors. Assist in

preliminary screening, industry research, and competitor benchmarking

. Support

due diligence efforts

, including financial, legal, and operational aspects of target companies.

Financial Modeling

Build, update, and maintain

robust financial models

(DCF, LBO, IRR, NPV, scenario/sensitivity analysis). Perform

valuation analysis

(Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, etc.). Forecast financial statements based on business drivers and assumptions.

Business Planning & Strategy

Collaborate with portfolio companies or prospects to develop and assess

business plans

. Evaluate

strategic growth opportunities

and provide financial insights to support decision-making. Conduct

risk assessments and SWOT analyses

to support investment committee decisions.

Feasibility Studies

Prepare and assess

project feasibility reports

including market demand, technical analysis, cost structures, and ROI. Assist in preparing

bankable feasibility documents

for lenders or stakeholders.

Pitch Deck & Investment Documentation

Develop compelling

investment pitch decks and presentations

for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare

investment memos, executive summaries, and board materials

. Assist senior management in

investor relations, fundraising, and stakeholder communications

.

Market & Industry Research

Conduct in-depth research on

macro-economic trends, sectors, and geographies

, particularly within the MENA region. Stay up to date with

regulatory developments, market shifts, and competitor moves

in the UAE and global investment landscape.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting

. CFA or MBA is a strong plus.

2-5 years

of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

are mandatory. Strong proficiency in

PowerPoint, market research tools

, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ). Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential). High attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred/Additional Competencies:

Experience with

start-up evaluations or early-stage investing

(especially in fintech, healthcare, real estate, or technology). Exposure to

ESG investing or impact investing frameworks

. Understanding of the

GCC investment ecosystem

and

Dubai market regulations

. Ability to work both

independently and collaboratively

with cross-functional teams.
