Job Overview
As a Financial Analyst in the BP&A team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, assess financial performance, and support operational planning. You'll be responsible for preparing forecasts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, developing models, and creating actionable insights that inform executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial performance and prepare variance reports for internal stakeholders
• Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, pricing, and investment decisions
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports with key metrics and performance summaries
• Support executive reporting and board-level presentations with strategic financial insights
• Act as a finance partner to operations, marketing, and other departments to align business goals
• Help implement process improvements in reporting and planning tools
• Use visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for reporting and dashboard creation
• Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting using ERP and business intelligence platforms

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting (BP&A or FP&A roles)
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in financial modeling
• Familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
