Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for all group companies. Perform variance analysis to explain deviations between actual and budgeted financial performance. Develop financial dashboards and performance KPIs for business monitoring.
Financial Reporting
Consolidate financial data from multiple business units. Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and management reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
Business & Cost Analysis
Conduct cost analysis for services, operations, and new projects. Identify financial risks and opportunities. Support pricing models for services, new clinics, or expansion initiatives. Evaluate ROI for proposed investments and strategic decisions.
Operational Support
Work with HR, Operations, and Procurement on cost optimization. Analyze operational efficiency and recommend improvements. Monitor revenue cycle performance, including billing, collections, and claims.
Audit & Compliance
Support internal and external audit requirements. Ensure financial documentation accuracy and timely submission. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
