Role Summary:

As a Finance Specialist, Responsible for tracking Well Bore Intervention revenue and cost. Responsible for billing and tracking

Essential Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Conducting related General Ledger (GL) closing activities with posting of accruals and liabilities.

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring and reviewing the deposit, prepayment, parked invoices, ARIBA Non - PO Accruals.

\xc2\xb7 Preparing JV for prepayment, ARIBA Non - PO Accruals.

\xc2\xb7 Preparing and review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the BHI team and Accenture.

\xc2\xb7 Governance of Quality Audit Reconciliation prepared by the BHI Team and Accenture.

\xc2\xb7 Analysing on regular basis on posting of general entry and reclassification, advising for improvements andcorrective actions.

\xc2\xb7 Supporting Balance Sheet Flux commentaries on Quarterly basis.

\xc2\xb7 Conducting related General Ledger (GL) closing activities in time and accordance to the set guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Contributes to project as a team member.

\xc2\xb7 Working closely with business, FP&A to ensure the tasks completed as per stipulated time line.

\xc2\xb7 Working independently on daily tasks with minimal supervision.

\xc2\xb7 Works closely with External and Internal Auditors to assist in completion of all audits.

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties as required.
