As a Finance Specialist you assist the Finance Team with tasks as requested to ensure a full and efficient accounting service within Canon Emirates LLC.

As a Finance Specialist you assist the Finance Team with tasks as requested to ensure a full and efficient accounting service within Canon Emirates LLC.

Cash Management (Collections, Receipts & Petty Cash):- Responsible for 100% customers cash / collections recording accuracy
- Ensure that all petty cash transactions properly supported, with right approvals & in line with policies & procedures
- Assist to prepare monthly cash flow forecast
- 0 unjustified deltas in monthly bank reconciliations
- Reconciled monthly basis, 100% accuracy
- On time preparation of supplier payments and employees re-imbursement of expense claims through checks and bank transfers
- Record all payments on timely manner
- Calculate employees monthly and quarterly sales commission and incentives
- Record accounting journals for petty cash expenses, employees re-imbursement, bank charge and inter company DN/CN
- Properly handle all performance guarantees & bonds and maintain proper records
- Proper month close and Balance Sheet reconciliation for all accounts under direct responsibility, 100% accuracy
- Compliance with SOX control for the area under direct responsibilities
Sales:
- Record all hardware sales and sales through E-Commerce invoices including follow up with related stakeholders
- Review and record sales return with 100% accuracy
- Support the business with the timely issuance of new guarantees & bonds and support to clear old guarantees on time
- Coordinate with bank to manage customers post dated checks with proper accounting
- Effectively handle relationship with banks
- Balance Reconciliation
What we ask
- 5-6 years of accounting experience, with proven records in delivery results
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree \xe2\x80\x93 Finance or accounting
- UAE Driving license with car
- Currently in UAE
You will need
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
- High level of written & spoken communications required
- High level of problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of excel
