The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a finance specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organisation through effective financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on key financial metrics.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial trends, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and documentation.
- Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
- Manage all aspects of the company\'s financial operations, including in and out-going transactions.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide valuable insights & recommendations.
- Advise on financial strategies, budgeting, and cost optimisation.
- Drive creative thinking and contribute innovative ideas to enhance financial processes.
- Implement smart work management practices for efficient financial operations.
- Demonstrate a business-minded approach to financial decision-making.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a finance-related role in Dubai.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven track record of providing strategic financial advice and solutions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Efficient time management skills and a focus on smart work.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align financial strategies with business goals.
- A valid driver\'s license is a must.
