Finance & Reporting Analyst

Job Description
The Finance & Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing, forecasting, and analyzing cash flow projections, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The role will also assist in budgeting, reporting, and student-related financial analysis while maintaining compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, forecast, and analyze
cash flow projections
to support operational and strategic planning. Performmonthly student and general ledger (GL) reconciliations
to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Executead-hoc reporting and analysis
related to student data, revenue, and financial performance as required. Preparequarterly revenue and VAT reports
, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulatory requirements. Support theannual budgeting process
and assist inquarterly financial projections
. Analyzebudget vs. actuals
for student-related activities and identify key variances or trends. Manage and update theSalesforce (SF) Calendar and task manager
, and prepare and maintain theSF Dashboard
for reporting efficiency.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus). 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or reconciliation roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Knowledge of VAT reporting and financial forecasting. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
