We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of our financial data by validating and reconciling transactional amounts between invoices, bills, and usage records. If you have a background in operations, a strong financial skillset (potentially from an accounting background), and familiarity with the technical environment of a cloud-based company, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed validation of amounts, comparing invoices, supplier bills, and internal usage records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile financial transactions and balances to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting. Streamline and improve processes related to billing, invoicing, and cost allocation. Work closely with technical and operational teams to understand usage data and resolve complex billing issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Finance Operations or Operational Accounting role Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills Strong understanding of financial processes, invoice processing, and validation techniques Previous experience with technical companies is a plus Familiarity with Cloud Providers such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) or other technical infrastructure/service usage models is a significant advantage.
