Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Specialist to support and enhance D365 F&O finance modules, reporting, and management dashboards. The role will work closely with Finance leadership and the ERP consultant to improve system efficiency, data accuracy, and financial visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Intercompany, Cost Centers). Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and D365 tools. Support month-end close, reconciliations, consolidations, and management reporting. Coordinate with ERP consultants on system enhancements, testing, and deployments. Ensure data integrity and drive process automation and improvements. Document processes and support end-users.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field. 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance modules). Strong financial reporting, Power BI, and ERP data analysis skills. Solid understanding of finance operations and IFRS reporting. Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Automate). Contract-based or ERP implementation experience.
