Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate finance to oversee our financial planning, reporting, and strategic financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial health by developing strategies, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations specific to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes specific to real estate investments and projects. Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses to support real estate business decision-making. Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost management related to property acquisitions, developments, and leasing. Ensure compliance with financial laws, tax regulations, and industry-specific policies. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls tailored to real estate operations. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies concerning real estate transactions. Conduct risk assessment and recommend mitigation strategies for real estate investments. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, specifically in real estate finance. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with property development and investment strategies. Identify cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements within real estate operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable. Proven experience in financial management within the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of real estate financial regulations, accounting principles, and investment strategies. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
