Job Description
We are looking for a
Finance Manager for a Real Estate Development company
, located in Dubai.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Familiarity with local real estate regulations and the economic landscape in the UAE.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
