Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven
Finance Manager
to oversee all financial operations of our real estate development projects. The role involves budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control. Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate funding for operations and developments. Prepare financial reports and present key insights to management. Handle banking, loans, and project financing. Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance. Lead and support the finance and accounting team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and reporting. Proficient in Excel and accounting software. Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
