Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our growing real estate development company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis within the real estate development or construction industry. This role requires hands-on financial management, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market. Immediate availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations including cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability for multiple developments. Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions. Provide financial insight and support to the management team for strategic decision-making. Develop internal controls and processes to improve financial efficiency. Support contract and tender evaluations from a financial perspective. Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling for new development projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, with at least

2 years in a real estate developer or construction company in Dubai.

In-depth knowledge of real estate project finance and cost control. Strong understanding of

UAE financial regulations and VAT.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
