We're Hiring: Finance Manager (Real Estate Industry) - Female, UAE Nationals Preferred
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
We're looking for a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, financial planning, and reporting functions while ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee accounting, budgeting & cost control
? Manage cash flow, treasury & audits
? Prepare financial statements & forecasts (IFRS/GAAP)
? Provide insights for strategic and operational improvements
? Lead and mentor the finance team
Requirements:
? Degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/CMA preferred)
? Proven experience in financial management & reporting
? Strong analytical, leadership & ERP skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
