About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager & Credit Controller to join our trading business in Dubai. Our current Finance Manager is relocating, and we are seeking a competent professional to ensure a smooth handover and continued financial stability. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, credit control, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Supervise cash flow management and banking relationships
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with UAE regulations
Lead credit control functions, including customer credit assessments and collections
Ensure compliance with VAT, audit, and statutory requirements
Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
CA Inter (i.e., IPCC) and ACCA qualifications are mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE
Solid background in finance management and credit control
Familiarity with UAE tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function
