Develop and implement financial plans aligned with the company's long-term goals, including budgeting and forecasting
2. Accounting & Reporting
Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts; analyse financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations.
3. Cost Control & Project Accounting
Analyse costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement measures to optimize profitability.
4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor cash flow, manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and growth.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, UAE tax laws, and internal controls; identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks .
7. Leadership & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
8. Stakeholder Communication
Effectively communicate financial information and insights to senior leadership, investors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master's preferred).
Professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CMA, ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
Total of 8-10 years of experience
in finance and accounting, within
catering and/or hospitality industry
. A minimum 5 years' experience as Finance Manager in a medium business unit
Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws, IFRS standards, and local labour regulations.
Proficiency in
ERP systems
(Tally, Oracle, SAP) and
MS Excel
.
