Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

with a CPA or CMA certification and strong expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

to lead our finance and accounting function. This role will oversee and mentor our existing accountant, manage financial operations, and drive efficiency in budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision

Manage and train the existing accountant, ensuring accurate financial records. Establish best practices and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Financial Operations

Oversee day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and month-end closing. Maintain a

healthy cash flow

by monitoring collections, payments, and financial obligations.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, integrating directly within Business Central. Provide management with

variance analysis

and actionable financial insights.

Compliance & Controls

Ensure compliance with

UAE VAT, corporate tax, and statutory regulations

. Coordinate external audits, manage banking relationships, and support financing activities.

ERP & Systems

Act as the

Business Central finance champion

, optimizing the system for reporting, approvals, and automation. Train and support staff in using Business Central for accounting and supply chain integration.

Strategic Finance

Provide financial modeling, scenario planning, and funding strategies to support growth. Advise management on investment, cost control, and profitability optimization.
Qualifications

CPA or CMA certification

(mandatory)

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum

5-7 years of progressive finance experience

with proven leadership.

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (mandatory).

Strong understanding of

UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
