Finance Manager - BASMED Group
Location: UAE (Overseeing UAE, Kuwait & Qatar operations)
BASMED Group, a leading supplier of medical equipment and devices across UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar, is seeking an experienced
Finance Manager
to oversee the finance function of its regional operations. The role will be based in UAE and will manage a team across all three units.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the group. Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and recommend corrective actions. Manage statutory audits and compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor cash flow, receivables, and banking operations. Implement strong internal controls, policies, and procedures. Oversee procurement cost control and supplier negotiations. Provide monthly MIS, cash flow projections, and other analytical reports to management.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting. 10+ years' experience as Finance Manager, preferably in retail trading/distribution. Proven experience managing teams of 5+ staff. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow, and audit management. Experience in ERP systems (Zoho preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
