Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the electrical contracting and infrastructure sector and a strong grasp of project-based financial management, supplier credit facilities, and UAE VAT regulations. Proficiency in Zoho accounting systems is mandatory.

This is a strategic role that involves managing a finance team, overseeing reporting and compliance, and providing critical financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage and maintain computerized accounting systems (Zoho expertise required). Prepare detailed budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monthly/annual financial reports. Handle project-based P&L, balance sheets, and cost control across multiple infrastructure projects. Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT laws, including calculations, submissions, and audits. Manage letters of credit, bank guarantees, and negotiate supplier credit terms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and financial institutions. Oversee accounts receivable, monitor credit terms, and ensure timely collections. Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning and decision-making. Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and reduce risk.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
(Master's degree or professional certification like CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage)

Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in an electrical contracting company. Proven expertise in project-based financial management in the infrastructure sector. Hands-on experience in managing finance teams and leading accounting functions. Advanced proficiency in Zoho Books or Zoho Finance Suite (mandatory). In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and corporate compliance. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Must possess a valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
