Finance Executive - Jumeirah Beach Hotel - Dubai
Position Overview
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking a Finance Executive to join our dynamic Finance team. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate reconciliations, and supporting month-end processes while ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Certifications: CPA, CIMA, or similar preferred
What You'll Do

• Record and reconcile corporate credit card transactions with accuracy
• Identify and post technical service fee payments to JI debtors account
• Manage and reconcile books for Jumeirah Management Services, ensuring timely month-end closure
• Complete bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations per SLA timelines
• Provide proactive support to team members and stakeholders, resolving queries efficiently
• Ensure secure archiving of monthly financial data in line with compliance requirements

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional finance certification preferred (CPA, CIMA)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
