Description
Business partner with the global team to implement financial strategiesIdentify areas of improvement and provide counsel to the leadership teamPrepare deep-dive analysis for the regional operations Business partner with external stakeholders such as legislative bodies, local authorities, financial and government bodies etc. Prepare board packs and participate/present in board meetings for the budget/FPA processManage and oversee audits, tax, payroll and financial reporting activitiesManage and develop a team Responsible for year on year profit growth and overall operational efficiencyBusiness partner extensively with the commercial teams and be part of term negotiation with clients to ensure profitability
Profile
Bachelor or Master\'s degree in Finance or Accounting or relatedProfessional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ICAEW is preferredExperience within professional services is a MUST; 5-10 years of experience with a multinational is a MUSTExperience in a people management role is a MUST
