Job Description

The Role

Oversee the company's financial planning, reporting, and compliance across the UAE, Qatar, and KSA. oEnsure compliance with IFRS 15, corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT, and related party transactions. oManage project cost control, project cash flow, and financial risk assessment. oEstablish and maintain strong banking relationships to secure credit facilities and manage financing structures. oImplement and enhance ERP systems to optimize financial reporting and internal controls. oDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics. oEnsure full regulatory compliance with local tax laws and international financial standards. oProvide strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Financial Director or senior finance role within a contracting/construction company. oStrong knowledge of IFRS 15, corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and related party transactions. oHands-on experience in project cost control, cash flow management, and financial reporting. oExpertise in banking relationships and securing credit facilities. oStrong ERP system proficiency. oArabic speaker preferred. oExcellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
